NOTE FOR NEW EXHIBITORS:
We would recommend that you have some form of incentive to book an appointment to discuss or book your services at the event or within a specific time period ie 7 or 14 days and collect their email addresses/telephone numbers for follow up.
SET UP DETAILS & DIRECTIONS
Beamish Hall Wedding Fair Monday 1st June 2026
At Beamish Hall we have a limited time frame for arrival and set up of less than 2 hours
.
So it is VERY IMPORTANT to read this through, to ensure the success of the event and smooth passage when you arrive.
Access is available from 2:00 PM EARLIEST to be set up by 4:00 PM LATEST.
It is a 4.30PM START and 8 PM finish.
We advise to be ready to set up at the venue as near to 2pm as you can, particularly if you have a lot of equipment to carry or set up.
Beamish Hall parking marshalls will be at the main external entrance to the venue to inform you of the specific access point you should use for off loading when you arrive and leave, most will access via the main reception though there are access points in to the WInter Gardens room for those with equipment that needs to be wheeled in like Photo Booths.
After dropping your equipment off you should immediately park in the highlighted main car park to the right of the entrance where the 'Autumnal' tree is in the photograph.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE CARS PARKED IN FRONT OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE VENUE.
When you arrive we will have a list of exhibitors and rooms and your table will be marked with your name.
We cannot move stands on the day, if you have any particular preference as to room or position please let us know in advance via Whats App Message to 07493213452
Distribution of promotional material promoting non exhibitors, Venues or other Wedding Fairs is strictly prohibited.
If you have any queries on the day there will be staff from Wedding Fairs North East & Beamish Hall situated at the registration desk on the way in to the event.
